  more channels for kids on tv and maybe some more free movie channels. parking is expensive for daily as well as there is parking lot at the back outside that is priced lower.

  indoor parking slots are too narrow; not so wide. i would recommend loews hotel le concorde but not the indoor parking if it is not snowing outside. need more coffee as well.

  Janitor did not clean my room one day, I tried calling the reception but the phone in the room didn't work.

  This hotel was recommended by friends who had stayed there several years before. Not a luxury hotel, but very nice. My husband and I found it to be perfect for our needs The best part is the location. Near wonderful eateries and lots of activity. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price was very reasonable for a hotel in the city. I would definitely recommend it.

  The only thing I found lacking was the Internet availability. There was no free WiFi in the rooms and the signal strength in the lobby was very weak and slow.

  The location is great, you can walk to the old Quebec city fortification area

  For the 'luxury' they advertise (wich is more a regular room) the price is high, parking is hell, very tight!

  I think the location to the old city, shopping and restaurants is excellent. Right outside the hotel there are a large number and variety of restaurants to choose. The location of the hotel also makes access roads leading to the east of Quebec City, fro day trips, very easy to find.

  Parking can be a problem. The parking under the hotel does not have enough room if the hotel is busy. The valet service is good but at one time I had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to bring me my car.

  This was the most expensive of the four hotels I stayed in during my vacation in canada and it is by far the worst quality. I thought the room was shabby and needs updating. The stains on the carpet were so bad that I didnt want to walk on it without shoes on. I found it dusty and it triggered my asthma. It is really overpriced and I wouldnt recommend it, to me it seemed like 3 star and no more.
